Commercial kitchen cleaning services in Charlotte, NC
Every job starts with a defined scope. Here's what each service typically covers, and what needs a site assessment or separate pricing.
Primary service
Kitchen exhaust & hood cleaning
Grease builds up throughout a kitchen exhaust system — hoods, filters, ducts, and fans. Regular cleaning helps manage that accumulation and reduce fire risk, and supports your maintenance records.
We reference NFPA 96, the standard for ventilation control and fire protection of commercial cooking operations, when planning scope and frequency. NFPA 96 is a standard — not a company certification — and the work we document reflects what was actually performed on your system.

Typical scope
- Exhaust hoods and accessible interior surfaces
- Grease and baffle filters
- Exhaust fans and accessible fan components
- Exhaust ductwork and accessible system sections
- Grease containment areas and related components
- Post-service cleanup and documentation
Requires assessment or separate pricing
- Inaccessible duct sections or systems without access panels
- Installation of access panels or hinge kits
- Rooftop access limitations or lift equipment
- Heavy or long-neglected grease buildup
- Fan repairs, belts, or mechanical work
- Fire-suppression system service (handled by licensed providers)

Secondary service
Kitchen deep cleaning & restoration
A thorough clean of the working kitchen — beyond daily close-out. We use pressure washing, steam, and degreasers only where suitable for the surface and equipment, and protect electrical components, food-contact surfaces, and water-sensitive areas.
Cleaning, degreasing, sanitizing, and disinfecting are different processes. We'll state in your scope which apply — sanitizing or disinfecting is only included where the product, contact time, and requirements support it.
Typical scope
- Kitchen floors and suitable tile surfaces
- Grease accumulation on suitable hard surfaces
- Stainless-steel equipment exteriors and approved surfaces
- Cooking-line surroundings and accessible equipment surfaces
- Walls and splash zones
- Kitchen-adjacent service areas
Requires assessment or separate pricing
- Dumpster pads and exterior grease-contaminated concrete
- Equipment interiors or disassembly
- Grout restoration or floor refinishing
- Sanitizing or disinfection claims beyond standard cleaning
- Work requiring equipment moves or utility shutoffs
