FAQ
Yes. We schedule service windows with you in advance — commonly overnight or during closures — to reduce disruption. Exact timing depends on your kitchen and our availability.
NFPA 96 sets inspection and cleaning frequencies based on the type and volume of cooking. Your fire marshal, insurer, or authority having jurisdiction may also have requirements. We'll review your operation and recommend a schedule accordingly.
After service you receive a record of the date, the scope of work actually performed, and notes on any inaccessible areas or concerns. Before-and-after photos are provided when conditions allow, and service tags are applied where appropriate to the work performed.
Pricing depends on the number and size of hoods, duct length, fan access, grease buildup, and site conditions. We quote after reviewing your details and, where needed, an on-site assessment. We do not publish flat rates.
No contractor can honestly guarantee an inspection outcome. We clean to the contracted scope, document what was done, and flag any issues we find so you can address them.
