Soft washing and pressure washing are different tools.
Soft washing uses low pressure with suitable cleaning solutions for siding and building surfaces that higher pressure could damage.
Pressure washing uses higher pressure for durable surfaces such as suitable concrete. Not every surface can be safely pressure washed.
Methods, results, and pricing depend on surface materials, property conditions, and a scope assessment. Some staining may not be fully removable.
